The Notch

We hiked a main section of the Notch this weekend. It was a rather steep incline from the parking area to the summit. There were a few rocks at the top where we stopped for lunch before heading back down. It was a great view and some very steep rocky parts that we had a bit of trouble traversing with the ground still frozen.

This wasn't one of the best places I've visited, however I learned afterwords that there is apparently caves in the Notch area. I would be very interested in returning at some point to investigate these.
